For the SureSmile aligner system to be effective, the aligners need to be worn at least 22 hours per day. You can remove your aligners to eat and brush and floss your teeth. If you need to pop them out for a meeting or a date, that’s OK, too. Just be sure to put them back in as soon as you can.Â
Are There Any Restrictions on Activities with SureSmile Aligners?
